Bumpy Garlic Bread |
Ingredients

* 1 loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
* 1/4 cup butter, melted
* 1 egg, beaten with a fork
* 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
* 1 tsp. dry parsley flakes
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* you'll need a bread loaf pan, greased well

Directions

1. Put the melted butter in a bowl with the egg, garlic powder, parsley, and salt and mix together well.
2. Take the thawed bread dough and roll it in your hands to soften. Then break off pieces about 1 inch each.
3. Dip each piece into the butter mixture and place in your greased loaf pan.
4. Cover the loaf pan with a clean towel and let rise in a warm spot until the dough has doubled in size.
5. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake bread for 30 to 35 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and let cool until you can handle it. Then tip the bread on its side and slide out of pan. Serve warm.
