1. Cut and scoop out seed from the squash
2. Scoop out the squash from shell cut into pieces
3. Shred carrot, chop onion and garlic clove and put it in pot
4. Add chicken broth to pot
5. Add a pinch of ginger and salt and pepper.
Cook soup till squash is soft.
Add a pinch of sugar to add sweetness to the soup.
