Canadian Bacon Luau |
Ingredients

* 1 lb. Canadian bacon, sliced in even sized circles
* 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
* 1/4 cup of unsweetened pineapple juice
* 1/4 tsp ground mustard

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Arrange the Canadian bacon evenly in the prepared baking dish.
3. In a bowl whisk together the brown sugar, pineapple juice, and mustard, then pour over Canadian bacon.
4. Cover the dish and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serves 8.
