Cheese Potato and Onion Bake |
Ingredients

* 8 red potatoes, sliced
* 2 large sweet onions, sliced
* 1/2 C butter, sliced
* 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/4 tsp garlic salt
* Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
|
1. Place potatoes, onions, butter and garlic salt together in a large greased baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Cover casserole dish with aluminum foil.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. Bake casserole for 40 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
6. Stir occasionally.
7. Remove casserole from oven and sprinkle top with cheese.
8. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese completely melts.
