1. Place both packages of corn bread mix into a large mixing bowl.
2. Add brown sugar and mix together.
3. In a separate bowl whisk milk and eggs together.
4. Add egg mixture and cheese to corn bread and brown sugar.
5. Mix well.
6. Grease muffin tins well.
7. Fill 2/3 full of corn bread mixture.
8. Slide hot dog half into middle of muffin.
9. Preheat over to 400 degrees.
10. Bake muffins 12 to 14 minutes or lightly browned.
