* 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
* 1 cup chopped onion
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 3 tablespoons cornmeal
* 2 tablespoons chili powder
* 3 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
* 1 teaspoon cumin
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1" pieces
* 1 jar (16 oz) medium picante sauce
* 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, undrained
* 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

1. Put bell pepper, onion and garlic in crock pot.
2. Mix together cornmeal, chili powder, oregano, cumin and salt in a large bowl.
3. Put chicken in bowl and coat with seasoning mixture.
4. Put chicken in crock pot and toss any leftover seasoning mixture in too.
5. Add picante, beans and tomatoes.
6. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.
