Cinnamon Pears in Pineapple Juice - Pressure Cooker |
Ingredients

*1 C pineapple juice
*1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
*4 pears, cored from the bottom up with stems left intact
|
Directions
|
1. Place the juice and cinnamon into the pressure cooker.
2. Arrange the pears in the cooker making sure they do not touch the sides of the cooker.
3. Carefully bring the pressure to high on medium heat and cook for 8 minutes.
4. Release the pressure quickly under cold water.
5. Spoon the juice into the bottom of 4 small bowls and place a pear in the center.
