College Dorm Club Sandwiches

Ingredients

*4 (1 in.) thick slices of French bread
*1 tbsp butter
*4 slices of bologna cut in half
*4 slices of salami cut in half
*1 (16 oz.) can of sauerkraut
*1 C of Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

1. Spread the butter onto one side of each slice of bread.
2. Place of the bologna and salami slices onto each slice of bread.
3. Place a spoon of sauerkraut over the meat and top with cheese.
4. Microwave on high 3 minutes, turn the plate a 1/2 turn and cook 4 minutes longer.

Story

It's not easy feeding yourself when living in a college dorm. This simple and inexpensive sandwich is a great solution for a starving student. None of the ingredients are expensive or hard to find. Plus, when you put it all together and pop it in the microwave, you've got yourself a semi-gourmet sandwich. Who could ask for anything more?!
