Couscous Spaghetti

Ingredients

* 2 cups water
* 1 1/3 cup uncooked couscous
* 1 jar (28 oz) chunky vegetable spaghetti sauce
* 1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
* 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

1. Bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Add couscous and cover. Remove pan from heat and let stand about 5 minutes, until water is absorbed.
2. Stir together spaghetti sauce, beans and red pepper flakes in separate saucepan. Heat over medium heat 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
3. Fluff couscous; serve covered in sauce and sprinkled with parsley.
