Cream Cheese and Pistachio Filled Apricot Halves |
Ingredients

* 12 fresh apricots
* 1 C cream cheese, softened
* 1/4 C pistachios, chopped fine
* extra pistachios, chopped, for garnish

Directions

1. Slice the apricots in half and remove the pits.
2. Mix 1/4 cup pistachios in softened cream cheese.
2. Fill each apricot with mixture.
3. Top with a sprinkle of chopped pistachios.
