Cream Cheese Chicken and Broccoli Noodle Pot |
Ingredients

* 8 oz. of spaghetti noodles, broken in half
* 3 C of small broccoli florets
* 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with garlic, chives, and onion
* 1 C of milk
* 1/4 tsp pepper
* 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cooked chicken, chopped

Directions

1. Cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan as directed on the package.
2. Add the broccoli to the spaghetti during the last 3 minutes of cooking time.
3. Drain well and set colander aside.
4. Place the cream cheese, milk, and pepper into the saucepan you cooked the spaghetti noodles in.
5. Cook over low heat, stirring almost constantly, for 5 minutes or until smooth.
6. Add the spaghetti noodles and broccoli into the sauce and stir to combine.
7. Add the chicken and stir until blended in well.
8. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until heated through.

This dish is creamy and delicious! It's very satisfying and kid-friendly - the spaghetti noodles are always a favorite in my house, and I'd say with most kids. If your kids claim they don't like broccoli, this is one way to win them over. Give this easy recipe a try, I think you'll like it.
