Chili - Crock Pot

Ingredients

* 1 lb boneless beef round steak, cut into 1/2" pieces
* 1 cup chopped onion
* 1 cup sliced celery
* 1 tablespoon chili powder
* 2 teaspoons ground cumin
* 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
* 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
* 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
* 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

1. Put all ingredients (except bell pepper and beans) in crock pot. Mix well.
2. Cover and cook on low 7 hours.
3. Add bell pepper and beans. Do not cover. Turn heat to high and cook 15 minutes.
