* 1 lb boneless pork loin roast, cut into 1 inch pieces
* 1 jar (20 oz) salsa
* 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
* 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Combine pork with salsa and chilies in crock pot.
2. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.
3. Add beans.
4. Cover and cook about 5-10 minutes more (until everything is heated through).
5. Serve topped with cheese.
