1. Brown beef, onion and garlic in large skillet over medium heat. Drain fat off.
2. While meat is cooking, mix together the rest of the ingredients (except buns) in 3 or 4 qt crock pot.
3. After meat mixture is cooked and drained, add to contents in crock pot and stir well.
4. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
5. Sever on buns with a pickle on the side.
