* 1/2 lb lean ground beef
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 3 C frozen potatoes O’Brien, thawed
* 1 C salsa
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add beef and onion.
3. Cook until meat is completely brown and onion is tender.
4. Drain well.
5. Add potatoes.
6. Cook over medium high heat 5 minutes or until potatoes are slightly tender.
7. Stir in salsa.
8. Continue to cook 12 minutes or until heated through.
