Easy 4 Ingredient South Of The Border Dip |
Ingredients

* 1 lb ground chuck
* 1/2 medium onion, chopped
* 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained well
* 1 (12 oz) jar favorite Taco sauce

Directions

1. Brown ground chuck with onion in skillet.
2. Add corn and taco sauce to skillet and stir.
3. Simmer for 20 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve hot with large tortilla chips.

The heat of this dip will depend on the taco sauce you use. Just choose your favorite and this dip will turn out perfectly.
You can use ground beef if you choose; just drain off the water and fat that appears after browning.
