Easy 4 Ingredient Spicy Beef and Cheese Dip |
Ingredients

* 1.5 lbs ground beef, browned and drained
* 1 envelope taco seasoning
* 2 lbs Velveeta cheese, cut in small cubes
* 1 jar (16 oz) jar salsa

Directions

1. Brown ground beef in skillet; add taco seasoning, and water per instructions on taco seasoning envelope and mix together.
2. Simmer meat mixture for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Put cheese in skillet with meat mixture and stir until cheese is melted.
4. Add salsa and mix well, heating over low heat until just combined.
5. If desired, put mixture in small crock pot on LOW heat to keep warm for serving.
6. Serve with big tortilla chips.
