Easy Parmesan Hash Brown Potatoes |
Ingredients

* 2 cups half-and-half
* 1/3 cup butter, melted
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
* 24 oz package frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
* 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Combine half and half, butter, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Place hash brown potatoes in a baking dish.
3. Pour mixture over the potatoes.
4. Cover with cheese and bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
