Easy Parmesan Hash Brown Potatoes

Ingredients

* 2 cups half-and-half
* 1/3 cup butter, melted
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
* 24 oz package frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
* 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Combine half and half, butter, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Place hash brown potatoes in a baking dish.
3. Pour mixture over the potatoes.
4. Cover with cheese and bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.

Story

These Parmesan hash browns are fit for company. Don't skimp on the half-and-half by using milk - the creamy texture is what really sets these potatoes apart from regular hash browns with cheese.
