Easy Stromboli

Ingredients

* Refrigerated Pizza Dough (or bread dough)
* Olive oil

Filling
* Spinach
* Broccoli
* Mozzarella cheese
* Garlic
* Basil
* Parmesan cheese

Options
* any pizza topics you normally like - sausage, onions, etc.

Directions

1. Spray some olive oil onto a regular cookie sheet.

2. Spread the dough into a big, thin rectangle to cover entire cookie pan.

3. Put filling onto dough so it's in a line on one end.

4. Roll it so all the fillings are on the inside.

5. Rub top with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese on top.

6. Bake approximately 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees (keep checking. may need more time)
