Farmers Market Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

* 2 (8 oz each) cartons vanilla yogurt
* 1 cup frozen blueberries
* 1 cup frozen peach slices
* 8 oz can pineapple chunks, drained

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in blender.
2. Pulse and blend until smooth.
3. Serve as is or over ice.

Story

The reason I call this the farmers market smoothie is because blueberries and peaches are readily available at our local farmers market this time of year. We can pick our own or buy flats of berries and peaches. The pineapple is simply for sweetness and extra flavor.

Blueberries will turn this smoothie into a very nice shade of blue. You've just got to know how healthy something is when it's dark blue in color! Enjoy!
