I'm always looking for new ways to use curry, and this is a great one! In the fall, when the gardens are ready and my family's appetites change from summer salads to big, full-bodied soups and stews, this crock pot meal is the first one to hit our table. You can't beat the smell of curry to warm up the house with its distinctive aroma. The flavor is not whimpy either! Enjoy!
