Let these jiggly treats sit in refrigerator until good and firm, preferably overnight, or all day. When you take them out of the fridge to cut them up, get a cup of hot water to dip your knife in just so the jigglers will fall off easily. Serve immediately, or put back in the fridge to keep solid.
If they aren't coming loose from the bottom of the pan, just put an inch of hot water in the sink, and set the pan in just until the bottom gets warm enough for the gelatin to let go of the pan.
