Great Northern Tuna Salad

Ingredients

* 1 can tuna, drained
* 1 can great northern beans, drained
* 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
* 1/2 cup diced green onions
* 1/4 cup diced yellow onion

* 4 tablespoons white wine
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

1. Mix tuna with beans, bell pepper, and both onions.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients to form a dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over tuna mixture and gently toss to combine.
