Ham and Sausage Mexican Stew |
Ingredients

* 3 cups diced cooked ham
* 1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1/2" chunks
* 3 cans (14 oz each) chicken broth
* 15 oz can diced tomatoes
* 7 oz can diced green chiles
* 1 large onion, chopped
* 2 cans (15 oz each) pinto beans
* 15 oz can whole kernel corn
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 2 teaspoons ground cumin
* 2 teaspoon cocoa
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

1. Put everything in crock pot and mix together well.
2. Cook, covered, on low for 6 - 7 hours.
