1. Put all of the ingredients into the bread machine pan as directed for your machine.
2. Select the dough cycle and when finished remove dough to a lightly flour surface, letting it rest for 15 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into 16 portions and form into balls, and then flatten into disks.
4. Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 3 minutes.
5. Remove and stack the pitas on top of each other and wrap in a kitchen towel until completely cooled
