Honey-Love Lime Loin Chops |
Ingredients

*4 pork loin chops, boneless and 3/4 in. thick
*1/4 tsp. pepper
*1 TBSP garlic, minced
*2 TBSP lime peel, grated
*1 TBSP lime juice
*1 TBSP honey
*1 TBSP olive oil
*4 lime wedges

Directions

1. Sprinkle the pepper over all 4 chops.
2. Rub the garlic into both sides of all 4 chops.
3. Place the grated lime peel in a mixing bowl.
4. Add the lime juice.
5. Whisk the honey into the mixture until well combined.
6. Brush the mixture over each chop.
7. Pour the oil into a large skillet set over medium high heat.
8. Let the oil heat until hot but not smoking.
9. Lay the chops into the hot oil.
10. Cook 5 minutes or until browned the way you like.
11. Turn the chops and cook 3 minutes or until cooked through.
12. Place a lime wedge on each chop before serving.
