Honey Mustard Dilled Carrots |
Ingredients

* 1 pkg. baby carrots
* 2 Tbsp honey mustard
* 1 Tbsp fresh dill, snipped
* 2 tsp unsalted butter

Directions
|
1. Place enough water in a saucepan to just cover the bottom of the pan.
2. Add the carrots and place the pan over medium heat.
3. Bring the water to a boil and cook the carrots 7 minutes or until fork tender.
4. Drain the carrots well and place them in a serving bowl.
5. Add the mustard, dill and butter to the carrots.
6. Stir until well combined and the butter has completely melted.

Honey mustard is always in my refrigerator because kids seem to like it better than regular yellow mustard. That's what makes this vegetable dish really kid-friendly. Besides the fact that it only takes minutes! If your children are old enough they can even stir in the mustard, dill, and butter. It's always nice to have a little help in the kitchen.
