Italian Rice and Bean Chilled Salad |
Ingredients

*2 C cooked rice, cooled
*1 C canned black beans, drained
*1 large tomato, chopped
*1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
*1/4 C of Italian salad dressing
*1 tbsp lime juice

Directions

1. Place the rice, beans, tomato, and parsley in a large bowl and toss gently to combine.
2. Whisk together the dressing and lime juice until well blended.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
4. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
