Layers and Layers of Berries and Such

Ingredients

*2 C cold milk
*1 pkg fat free sugar free vanilla pudding
*1 pkg (13.6 oz.) fat free pound cake, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
*1 pt strawberries, sliced (about 2 cups)
*1 C blueberries
*1 tub (8 oz.) fat free whipped topping (thawed)

Directions

1. Empty dry pudding into a large bowl.
2. Pour milk over dry pudding.
3. Using your electric mixer beat about 2 minutes on low speed or until mixture is smooth.
4. Place 1/4 of the pound cake in the bottom of glass bowl.
5. Add 1/4 of the strawberries.
6. Add 1/4 of the blueberries.
7. Add 1/4 of the pudding mixture.
8. Continue layering in the same manner until you have 4 layers.
9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
10. When ready to serve garnish with whipped topping, blueberries and strawberries.
