1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, sesame seeds, and pepper in a small bowl.
2. Place catfish in a greased wire grilling basket.
3. Grill over med heat for 9-11 minutes on each side, basting with lemon juice mixture during cooking. Fish should flake easily with fork when done.

Of course, if catfish is not available in your area, any good fish will do, as long as you can grill it.
Catfish is often much maligned, but the flavor and cost win many people over to the benefits of adding this fish to their diet. And this recipe is an exellent alternative to eating only fried catfish, which is much more often the way we see it cooked.
