1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add red bell pepper and onion and cook until tender.
2. Stir together soup and milk in a bowl, add to skillet. Then stir in sausage, cheese and peas.
3. Reduce heat to simmer and cook about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
4. Stir in macaroni and cook another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
