Magic Mallow Fudge |
Ingredients

*1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
*1/8 tsp salt
*3 C semi sweet chocolate chips
*2 TBSP butter
*1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
*2 C mini marshmallows

Directions

1. Place the milk into a small saucepan.
2. Blend in the salt.
3. Include the chocolate chips in the mixture.
4. Position the pan over low heat.
5. Cook 5 minutes, stirring continuously, until smooth.
6. Remove from the heat.
7. Quickly blend in the butter.
8. Blend in the vanilla thoroughly.
9. Fold in the marshmallows until completely covered.
10. Place wax paper in a square pan extending over the sides.
11. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan evenly.
12. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until very firm.
13. Use the wax paper handles to remove the fudge.
14. Cut into bite size sections.
