No Ordinary Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

*2 (14 oz) cans green beans, drained
*2 (15 oz) cans diced potatoes, drained
*1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
*1 lb shredded Colby cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Coat a casserole dish with cooking spray.
3. Place green beans and potatoes in dish.
4. Add chicken soup and mix well.
5. Fold in cheese.
6. Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
7. Uncover and continue to bake 10 minutes or until top is brown.

Surprise your family with a green bean casserole that they weren't expecting! This is a very creamy and delicious version of the original, with the added bonus of potatoes. It's filling enough to be served as a main dish, but is also excellent alongside some grilled or baked chicken breasts. Enjoy!
