1. Pour the milk, egg, butter, salt, sugar, bread flour and yeast into the bread machine pan.
2. Select the dough cycle completes remove the dough and let rest 15 minutes,
3. Divide the dough into 10 pieces and stretch each piece over your fingertips for a 6 X 8 inch oval.
4. Deep fry each piece in oil at 350 degrees for 35 seconds, remove and drain on paper towel,
5. For frosting, cream the butter, honey and orange zest together and spread over the warm bear claws.
