Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

* 2 lbs. red potatoes
* 2 medium red onions
* 2 green bell pepper
* garlic powder
* olive oil
* salt
* pepper
* papri

Directions

1. Cut potatoes in quarters or rounds.
2. Cut red onion in chunks.
3. Cut bell pepper in chunks.
4. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with olive oil to coat.
5. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
6. Add potato mixture and bake at 400 for one hour or until crispy and done.
