Ingredients

Prep: Cook Spaghetti Noodles
* 2 cups broccoli florets
* 1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
* 1 carrot julienned
* 1/2 cup skim milk
* 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
* 1 clove garlic minced
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 3 cups cooked spaghetti

Directions

1. In a large saucepan, combine the first seven ingredients. Cook uncovered over medium heat until vegetables are tender - about 12 minutes.
2. Stir in Spaghetti - heat through
