Peanut Butter and Jelly Off The Griddle

Ingredients

* 2 tsp butter
* 2 slices bread, white or wheat
* 1 tsp peanut butter
* 2 tsp any flavor fruit jelly

Directions

1. Preheat griddle on medium heat.
2. Let butter melt.
3. Take one slice of bread and spread peanut butter on one side.
4. Place on griddle.
5. On the other slice of bread spread jelly evenly.
6. Place jelly side down on top of peanut butter.
7. Flip after bottom side is browned.
8. Brown other side and serve
