Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

* 2 bananas, sliced
* 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
* 1/4 cup peanut butter
* 1/4 cup milk

* 1 cup ice cubes (more or less as you like)

Directions

1. Place first 4 ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add ice cubes and blend again.

Story

If you like to smear a little peanut butter on a banana for a snack, you'll love this smoothie. It's got that and a whole lot more going for it. Delicious and nutritious... give this smoothie a try next time you're hungry or thirsty!
