1. Put the chopped chocolate into a microwave safe bowl.
2. Pour the milk into the bowl.
3. Pour the whipping cream in with the milk.
4. Add the extract and blend the ingredients together.
5. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minute interval.
6. Remove the bowl carefully from the microwave.
7. Stir until the chocolate has completely melted and the cocoa is smooth.
8. Pour into cups and garnish with a peppermint stick.
