Pizza in any way, shape, or form is a favorite in my household. If it has pizza sauce on it and is covered in mozzarella cheese, it's worth eating!
Chicken can get sort of tedious when presented more than a couple times in a week. Creating a meal that is a family favorite, like pizza, using chicken can keep the chicken fatigue from setting in.
