Pizza Joes

Ingredients

* 1/2 pound lean ground beef
* 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
* 1/2 cup pizza sauce
* 2 English muffins - toasted
* 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain well.
2. Add pizza sauce and simmer for 7-10 minutes, until hot. Stir occasionally.
3. Preheat broiler.
4. Divide meat mixture evenly onto the 4 English muffin halves.
5. Top with cheese.
6. Broil until cheese is lightly browned.
