Potato Soup |
Ingredients

* 1 pkg. Frozen Hash Browns
* 1 Can chicken broth
* 1 can cream of chicken soup
* 1 can evaporated milk
* 1 large jar of Cheez Whiz
* Bacon Bits

Directions

1. Put hash browns in a large skillet and cover with water.
2. Heat to boiling and let boil gently for 5 minutes.
3. Drain water.
4. Add remaining ingredients, simmering until cheese is melted and soup is warm.
5. Sprinkle with Bacon Bits and enjoy!!!!

I love potato soup. This was made by a friend for a noon lunch. It was great, easy, and comfort food. You can make it lower fat by using reduced fat cream of chicken soup, fat free evaporated milk, and low fat Cheez Whiz.
