Pumpkin Spiced Muffins

Ingredients

* 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 cup pumpkin
* 1/4 cup milk
* 2 cups flour
* 2 tsp. baking powder
* 1 tsp. cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp. ginger
* 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 1/4 tsp. baking soda

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl cream butter with brown sugar.

Beat in eggs, then pumpkin and milk.

In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder, spices, salt and baking soda.

Add to the creamed mixture.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
