Smothered Pork Chops |
(Quick Weeknight Pork Chops) |
Ingredients

* 1 pkg. (1-1/2 lbs) boneless pork chops
* 1 can cream of mushroom soup
* 1/2 can milk
* 2 Tbls. butter or margerine
* 1 tsp. ground sage
|
Directions
|
1. Melt butter in heavy skillet.
2. Brown pork chops on both sides and remove from skillet.
3. Stir sage into the butter left in the skillet.
4. Add cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can milk.
5. Stir soup mixture until well-blended.
6. Return pork chops to pan & spoon gravy (soup mixture) over the top.
7. Cover and cook approx. 20 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink in the center.
8. Serve with hot rice.
