Raspberry Cantaloupe Smoothie

Ingredients

* 1/2 of a cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and diced
* 1 C of fresh raspberries
* 1/2 C yogurt
* 1 1/2 tbsp sugar


Directions

1. Place the cantaloupe and raspberries in the blender.
2. Gently fold in the yogurt.
4. Sprinkle the sugar into the mixture.
5. Blend the until smooth.
6. Serve the smoothie immediately.

Story

You don't often see raspberries and cantaloupe in the same smoothie, so this is a very interesting grouping. The flavors of both are quite unique so they make a great combination. Cantaloupe is so juicy that this smoothie is very cool and refreshing - not heavy or syrupy in the least.
