1. Brown pork in hot oil over medium heat in heavy skillet.
2. Meanwhile, mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
3. When pork is browned on both sides, pour the mixture over the pork in the skillet.
4. Turn heat down to simmer, cover the skillet and cook slowly for 30 minutes, turning pork once during cooking.

This is why there's a jar of salsa in my pantry at all times. You can't make a simpler, more flavorful meal than this! 1-2-3 done! Dinner's on! We love it because it's fast, inexpensive, but mostly these pork chops taste great!
You can also use pork steaks. They are often less expensive than pork chops but are also usually fattier. So, just be prepared to do a bit of trimming.
