1. Saute garlic in medium-hot oil in large skillet for a minute or so or until it becomes fragrant.
2. Stir in cauliflower and cook, stirring frequently, for a couple more minutes.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring heat down to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.

We get bored with plain old boiled, steamed, or microwaved cauliflower, so this is a delightful change of pace. Be sure your cauliflower pieces are uniform in size so all the pieces get tender at the same time.
