Ingredients

* 1 large banana, cut into chunks and frozen
* 1 C orange juice
* 1 C of fat free milk
* 1/4 C wheat germ
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 4 ice cubes

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth (milkshake like consistency).
3. Pour into 4 glasses.
4. Serve immediately.
