Silken Tofu Berry Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

* 1 cup orange juice
* 1/2 cup soy milk
* 1 banana
* 1 cup frozen berries (blueberry, blackberry, or raspberry)
* 1/2 cup silken tofu
* 1/2 tsp honey

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend on frappe speed until smooth and frothy.
2. Serve immediately.

Why buy a prepackaged protein drink when you can enjoy this homemade treat?! It's loaded with protein, antioxidants, and vitamins to make the perfect drink for breakfast and to compliment a fitness program.

Of course, you can use fresh berries instead of frozen when available. My favorite berries are blueberries because they are a 'super food' - which is a single food overloaded with nutrients. Plus the color of the smoothie is a gorgeous blue! Enjoy!
