* 2 (8 oz cans) minced clams, not drained
* 24 saltines, crushed
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 1 1/2 cups milk
* 1/4 cup butter, melted
* salt and pepper to taste

You can replace some of the milk with chicken or vegetable broth if you wish. I've also cut the milk a little and replaced it with a little additional clam juice. This is a great simple recipe that can take a lot of tweaking, but it's delicious just as it is. If your kids like seafood, this is a good choice for dinner.
